firefly unveils artist collaboration edition, limited to 99 units

On January 15, 2026, firefly teams up with Dutch acclaimed contemporary artist Jordy van den Nieuwendijk to launch thefirefly pegasus edition, a collectible model limited to just 99 units. Created for style-forward urban drivers, this special edition transforms the vehicle into an imaginative canvas. Beginning with an unbridled idea, its design features Jordy’s signature strokes. Playful, energetic, and free, the car brings to life a winged Pegasus soaring through the clouds, orchestrating a visual rhapsody of fantasy and unexpected adventure. Elevating the brand’s premium appeal to the next level, it becomes more than just a car—it’s a moving work of art.

The firefly pegasus edition starts from RMB 135,800, and RMB 95,800 with the battery subscription plan. Deliveries of the special edition will commence on January 18. At the same time, the firefly is also available in the standard freedom and glow versions, priced from RMB 119,800 and RMB 125,800 respectively. With battery subscription, firefly becomes more accessible, starting from RMB 79,800.

Set against a clean white body, colorful hand-drawn lines flow freely across the exterior, creating a sense of rhythm and movement. The winged Pegasus stands as the hero motif, while playful details such as snails, flowers, and spring elements invite closer looks and delightful discoveries. The impromptu rhythm front eco valance brings vibrant strokes inside, while the firework-inspired rear graphic adds a cheerful finishing touch. Inside, the cabin continues the artistic narrative with a warm travertine interior theme and refined microfiber. From the embroidered unbounded wings pillow set to the bespoke serendipity plush mats adorned with Pegasus motifs, every detail reflects craftsmanship, creativity, and thoughtful design, transforming the cabin into a mobile gallery that balances beauty with everyday functionality.

Released as a Year of the Horse collectible, the firefly pegasus edition features the artist’s signature on the body, a unique NFC key card, and a matching home charger, bringing exclusivity to every detail.
